The Golem.net Condo Package will work on desktop computers, tablets, or smart phones.
Homepage, public photo gallery, private section for owners (owners landing), system administrator section
We will customize your homepage with picture, text description area, and links for: Association contact, owner login, and display of public docs such as rules.
Add up to 20 photos with optional one line descriptions, using your supplied photos. For south Florida condos, our photographic service is available.
All documents that are for owners only reside in this section of the website. Owner access to this area is via login and password.
Available only to system administrators, the admin section is designed to allow for easy additon, deletion, and replacement of menu items. It is also a snap to keep documents current with the condo package's document upload feature. Replace documents whenever you want. Owner login/passwords are defined in the administration section.
Provides ready owner access to Board member positions and their contact info (if desired).
In addition to owner login and password information, we can store additional information pertinent to owners.
The basic Condo Package includes standard features. We will gladly give you a quote for any modifications to the standard package that you might require.
We'll work you through the process of finding an available domain name, such as www.yourcondo.com.
We secure your web hosting service provider for the first year. Two year renewals are available.
We complete these registrations at Google and Bing to ensure that your domain will be found.
Your domain will come with 250 available Email boxes. SMTP, POP3, and IMAP protocols are supported. Email can be accessed via webmail or your favorite Email client.
If you prefer, we will administer the website for you soup to nuts, for an additional annual fee of $200.
